Nathan Leigh Tell Me Something HoneyReview 2010

Nathan Leigh's music is like listening to a coffee shop performance inside a dance club. The song “Let's Get Lost (Glitch EP Mix)” is a perfect fit for background music in a vacant city with one person standing in the middle trying to escape.

With “Noise”, he mixes musical elements of the “Pinball Wizard” with backwards drums and keyboards. The third verse changes dynamically when Nathan switches to his higher range, and then he finishes it off with a little falsetto work.

“Glitch” starts out rather dark then eventually breaks into a more trance type of groove. Throughout the entire song, mismatched samples can be heard which give off the effect of a glitch in the machine.

Nathan's music is a must for anyone who want to hear good singing with some techno type ideas. Nathan is the lead singer for “A Thousand Ships” and “Sputnik Sweetheart”. Nathan is writing and releasing music on his own label, Keroscene Records.
